Regina Atteberry and Neal Elliott met through mutural friends after Valentine's Day 2007.  They started out their relationship by talking for hours on the phone.  Their intrest grew and started forming a relationship and friendship.  Their love for each other developed and grew as they learned more about each other.  After dating for over a year and a half, they began thinking oftheir future together.  Neal proposed on November 23rd.
